Hi friends,
I'm offering a yoga class Monday, May 2nd at 10 am PST on ZOOM.
It's targeted towards musicians but all are welcome. The class usually runs about 1:15 including a nice long śavāsana.
I'll focus on nourishing and expansive movements to counter all of the contracting forces going on (covid, global conflict, reentry, stress) and we'll practice "soaking in the good" to help calm the nervous system during these wild times.
The zoom link to register is below (no cost to register, just makes it much easier for me to manage!). I'll open the room 10 minutes early if you want to check in or catch up.
